Film Screening at DMNS
April 14th, 7-9 p.m.
Join The Nature Conservancy and the Denver Museum of Nature & Science for an evening of inspiration at our Mountainfilm on Tour film screening and panel discussion!
This special program features three short films celebrating intergenerational connections to nature, culture and restoration, followed by a live panel discussion with conservation leaders. Together, we’ll explore how communities today are shaping a more inclusive, resilient future for the generations to come.
City Nature Challenge
April 24th-27th
Ready to unleash your inner nature detective? Snap pics and make observations in your local park, your backyard or your neighborhood to help uncover the plants and animals living across the Front Range.
Then join us at Aiken Canyon Preserve on April 27, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., for a full‑on Bioblitz adventure—where we team up to find as many plants and critters as possible.
Conference on World Affairs, CU Boulder
April 13th-16th
The Nature Conservancy will be participating on two panels during the Conference on World Affiars (CWA), moderated by Carlos Fernandez, TNC's state director in Colorado.
River Cleanup | Fort Collins
April 18th, 8:30-11:30 a.m.
Come chat with The Nature Conservancy's 13ers Young Professionals during Odell’s 2026 Earth Day River Cleanup! Stop by our table at Odell Brewing Company before or after the river cleanup to say hello, learn more about our work and explore ways to get involved.

Volunteer at Phantom Canyon Preserve
June 20th, July 18th, August 22nd
Join us for a morning of trail maintenance along a section of the North Fork of the Cache la Poudre River at The Nature Conservancy's Phantom Canyon Preserve, with various tasks including vegetation removal, regrading sections of trail and improving overall trail conditions.
After lunch, you are free to catch-and-release fly-fish and enjoy the canyon!
These volunteer events will be held on June 20th, July 18th and August 22nd. Please communicate your date preference on the sign-up form.
