We need your help
Conservancy members have been asking how they can get more involved.
In response, we have developed a program where members like you can
contact legislators to inform them about land and water conservation issues.

What your efforts can accomplish
Your input can shape public policy and help ensure there is funding to support our land and water conservation projects. With your help, we will create a long-term, dedicated public funding source which will further statewide conservation efforts.

You can join
It’s easy. Just download the attached form and fill it out (see page 2).  You can mail to 2231 Devine Street, Suite 100, Columbia, SC 29205,  fax to (803) 252-7134, or email to mottaviano@tnc.org.  After we receive your card, we will provide you with information on how you can help.  VAN Form

Our request
Your voice will strengthen projects like the ACE Basin, Francis Marion National Forest, and the Southern Blue Ridge Escarpment. If you indicate an interest, we will provide you with specific information and suggest appropriate actions when the need arises for you to become involved. Your level of participation will always be your choice.

Our pledge to you
You will hear from us rarely, only on matters of direct concern to our mission, and when we reasonably believe you can make a difference. We are not asking for a monetary contribution, only a contribution of your time. You can choose your level of participation and your method (phone, e-mail, letter). Be assured, we work with the government in a non-partisan, non-adversarial way to affect change for conservation. We strive to develop new conservation tools and partnerships. And we will continue to protect critical habitat by buying and stewarding the land that native plants and animals need to survive.
