Working closely with operational teams, Manvinder oversees budgeting, payroll, rewards and recognition programs, and workplace safety initiatives. She is skilled in diagnosing structures, policies, and processes for Indian operations, integrating diversity & inclusion into business strategy, and mentoring leaders to enhance executive presence and overcome barriers.

With over 19 years of experience in the HR sector, Manvinder has a track record of designing and implementing large-scale interventions such as Capacity Building, HR and Culture Transformation, and Leadership Assessment. Before joining TNC, she honed her expertise across various industry sectors, focusing on Organization Diagnostics and Engagement, Learning Interventions, and POSH advisory.
