Becky Marshall

Becky Marshall is Chief of Staff at The Nature Conservancy. She serves as a key strategic advisor to Jennifer Morris, TNC’s Chief Executive Officer; works in close partnership with TNC’s executive leadership team to drive progress on organizational priorities; and provides leadership to the Office of the CEO, ensuring effective operations and engagement. She has dedicated her career to building a resilient and equitable future by protecting the environment to improve people’s lives and ensure nature can thrive.

Becky served as chief of staff at World Resources Institute from 2016 to May 2022, where she helped manage the organization through significant institutional growth and launch initiatives such as the global ocean program. Prior to that she served as senior director and chief of staff for environment initiatives at the Pew Charitable Trusts. She began her career working on global environmental issues at Greenpeace International. Becky loves the ocean and mountains and getting back to the farm she grew up on in Yorkshire whenever possible. She lives in Takoma Park, Maryland, with her husband and two sons.
