Biography

Bramble joined TNC Virginia in June 2024 to lead strategic fundraising efforts toward our ambitious conservation goals. Most recently, she served as the Senior Director of Advancement at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology in Ithaca, NY, guiding both fundraising and communications strategies to expand and deepen audience engagement with the Lab. Overseeing a 40- member team, she spearheaded the Lab’s multi-million Spark campaign and led a comprehensive re-branding initiative.

A Virginia native, Bramble previously worked at TNC between 2007-2015 in development and campaign positions out of the World Office in Arlington, including as Director of Foundation Relations—Global Strategies between 2011-2015 where she led a team raising 6-to-8 figure commitments and fostering foundation partnerships. She came to Arlington after a 13-year career in development communications, corporate and foundation relations roles at The College of William and Mary, also her alma mater.

Bramble earned her undergraduate degree in English from William and Mary and her master’s in business with a concentration in arts administration from The University of Wisconsin-Madison.
