Biography
Bridget is the Director of Marketing and Communications for The Nature Conservancy in Europe. She and her team support TNC’s work in Europe, which focuses on tackling climate change and conserving land and water in Europe, as well as engaging with business leaders, governments, philanthropists and other global change agents to support and scale global conservation.
Her work at TNC builds on more than 15 years’ experience as a strategic communicator—first as a political journalist and then as a social impact storyteller working both in-house and as a consultant for a range of global foundations and other purpose-driven organizations across five continents. Previous roles have included global director of communications for the Boston Consulting Group foundation Centre for Public Impact and communications specialist for USAID in Kosovo.
Bridget started her career as a producer for NBC News in Washington, where she covered national politics and government for the TODAY Show—earning her three Emmy Awards. She holds an MA in global diplomacy from the University of London School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) and BAs in journalism and political science from The George Washington University. She lives in London with her husband and two sons.
