Biography

Kourtney is the Portfolio Operations Manager for NatureVest’s Impact Management team, supporting the governance, oversight, and management of NatureVest’s closed impact portfolio.  

Kourtney is part of the NatureVest Impact Management team. The team is working towards the following key objectives:

  • Establishing minimum standards for investments to avoid negative environmental impacts
  • Identifying opportunities for investments to deliver impact alongside returns
  • Advising on best practices for land and water management
  • Measuring climate and biodiversity outcomes

    • Kourtney is currently focused on the following:

  • Establishing the operations and oversight structure for all closed investments
  • Coordinating impact and financial reporting for the NatureVest portfolio

    • Prior to joining TNC, Kourtney focused on investment operations and oversight, portfolio accounting, operational due diligence, compliance and reporting in the alternative investment and donor-advised fund industries.
