Biography

Lauren Oates is the Director of Policy and Governmental Affairs for TNC in Vermont.

In this role, Lauren works with partners and key decision makers to advance nature-based policy and programmatic solutions. She is especially interested in initiatives that support climate adaptation, flood resilience and biodiversity.
